These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Blitz Media Group ("Blitz Media," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and serving clients in Canada and the United States. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Blitz Media provides website design, marketing automation, review management, and related digital marketing services for trades businesses. The specific scope of services is confirmed at the time of signup and may be adjusted with mutual agreement.
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance, in addition to any applicable one-time setup fee, via our payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize Blitz Media to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until the service is cancelled.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing (email is sufficient); cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided for the current billing cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content or access required (e.g., domain, Google Business Profile access) needed for us to deliver services. Delays in providing this information may delay delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, you own the content and branding specific to your business. Blitz Media retains ownership of underlying templates, code frameworks, and proprietary systems used to deliver the service, which remain licensed for your use only while an active subscription is maintained.
Blitz Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or lost leads. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, for Canadian clients, and by the laws of the client's state of residence for U.S. clients, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Blitz Media Group ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in compliance with applicable Canadian (PIPEDA) and U.S. state privacy laws.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to deliver our services (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting and automation platforms), and only to the extent required for them to perform their function.
We retain client information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at contact@blitzmediagroup.ca. Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including relying on PCI-compliant processors like Stripe for payment data.

Blitz Media services are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@blitzmediagroup.ca. Once cancelled, you will not be billed for the next cycle, and your service will remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Because work begins immediately upon signup (website build, setup, and configuration), the one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has started. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months, but no further charges will occur after a cancellation request is processed.
If you believe you were charged in error, or a service was not delivered as agreed, contact us within 14 days of the charge at contact@blitzmediagroup.ca and we will review the situation in good faith.
